Store Manager & Technician

February 2015 - May 2018

During my time managing the Tech Center, an Apple Authorized Service Provider for Apple's Education team, I was responsible for updating and maintaining a variety of customer touch-points related to promotions and new product launches in partnership with Columbia College Chicago.

This included our social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram), as well as our website (now defunct), and email campaigns using MailChimp. In managing these platforms, it was my duty to analyze and adjust product positioning for quarterly seasonal marketing plans in coordination with Apple account executives Meegan Beckmann, and Sheri Terranova.

In addition to the sales and communal engagement aspects of my position at Apple Education for Columbia College Chicago, my responsibilities in managing the store included user support, technical repairs, and ticketing — in addition to regular managerial duties in overseeing shifts, team communication, and technical training.

Through this training I received both a certification as an Apple Authorized Product Professional, and an Apple Certified Mac Technician (2016 - 2018) (Tech ID: 4M329EE274) - our store acted as an on-campus Apple Authorized Service provider for hundreds of students and faculty members.

After my departure from my position at Apple Education that resulted from our partnership with Columbia College Chicago ending, I took time to refocus on my own education (recently graduating December 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Arts and Science), start my own business, and try a new career path.

I have included below samples of the graphics, logos, branding images, and website references that were created during my time at the store. All of these graphics were part of an original rebranding initiative and used across all social media and print platforms from our store.
