Website Creator, Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Chef

I worked with Tanoshii Sushi from June 2019 - June 2020 at first as chef during my last full-time semester at Columbia College Chicago. My formal experience working in a restaurant environment at Tanoshii was one of my favorite jobs I had held, but it was cut short, like many others by COVID-19.
Tanoshii gave me a breadth of experience that I had lacked in my personal pursuit of professional culinary skills and practice. I gained a real knowledge of how to prep food, create a diverse menu, and hone my skills in a kitchen.
Later as I grew into the position, I was allowed the amazing opportunity to create the graphics for their signage and menus, photos for the socials and website, and the website itself. Check it out.
