Technical Service Representative, (Remote)

June 2020 - February 2021

I was happy to function as a work from home support representative for Other World Computing. At this position, I assisted in Internet Technology troubleshooting and sales amidst the COVID-19 pandemic — which caused more people to work from home, learn from home, and use their technology for longer periods of time than ever before.

This increased use in technology had a significant correlation in the need for assistance in using personal computers and devices, and I was glad to assist those who needed help while we worked towards a brighter future.

Duties included:

• Maintain and answering customer and client calls or escalations for Technical Support.

• Monthly/annual performance reports for KPI metrics.

• Responding to customer reviews.

• Assisting with phone calls, emails and chats.

Software and Platforms: MacOS, Office 365, Salesforce, ADP, Verint, AltiGen, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
